Rakar West                                  

  This abstract expressionism by Rakar West, titled the "i ching" series, is not meant to be graphic interpretations of the hexagrams, but rather, imaginative take offs of Oracle readings. These works of collage and painting have warm or cool palettes reflecting landscape and atmosphere.  Rakar  has been working with abstraction for 30 years and seeks to communicate a sense of spiritual order and a sense of satisfying calm.
