Alexander Yelagin
|
Born in Russia, he spent his formative years in the forests of Siberia. His paintings today reflect the solemn and lonely landscapes of his youth. In the early 1980s, he moved to the United States where he has gained much recognition for his mastery of light and color. His works, done in acrylic and egg tempura, promise us a quiet, peaceful world.
