Educated in commercial art, Sally Cohen's career in product illustration and newspaper advertising eventually led to her pursuit of landscape painting.  While helping to cover feature stories in a small community newspaper in Central Oregon, she developed a love for wide open spaces and the road trips and wanderlust that have given her the inspiration for the landscapes that she now paints.  " It's my pleasure now to wander the highways and back roads... I can't imagine anywhere else I'd rather be."
