Jon Jay Cruson                                     

Jon Jay Cruson is well known as a painter of  “the open country where the patterns, shapes and colors are all there.” His work encompasses the Asian influence of his early abstract work. Cruson’s work graces numerous private and public art collections including the Victoria and Albert Museum (London), Chrysler Corporation Collection (Michigan), Oregon State Capitol Art Collection (Salem, Oregon), and Takeshi and Minako Sando (Tokyo, Japan).  His work has been exhibited in one man shows throughout the Western United States.
